  • Project address or area
  • Project details you provide
  • Photos you choose to attach

We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or data from children.

4. How we store and protect your data

Form submissions are delivered by email to info@mdmwindowsdoors.ie, a Gmail account operated by Google Ireland Limited. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf under Google's standard data processing terms. Emails are stored in our Gmail inbox and are not shared further.

We do not operate a database or CRM. Your details exist only in the email thread relating to your enquiry.

5. How long we keep your data

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as necessary to complete any work arising from them and to comply with our legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for business records under Irish law). If no work proceeds, we will delete the enquiry on request.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. The only data processor involved is Google (Gmail delivery). No other third parties receive your information.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only item stored in your browser is a functional flag recording that you have seen the cookie notice. This is strictly necessary and does not require consent under GDPR.
